The following agreement details the terms and conditions of the members agreement between iSurveyor.com (and its sub-domains) and the property experts registering at iSurveyors.com

By becoming a Member you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are registering as a firm/company or business, you must have the authority to bind the firm to this agreement and provide payment.

Members joining the iSurveyor.com directory must only offer to provide consultancy and work on property services that they have acceptable knowledge, experience, insurance and capability to carry out the work requested when taking into account all relevant aspects of the work, including but not restricted to, size, complexity, building type, location and timescale.

Having the information of either client or the surveyor sent to the other corresponding party does not constitute a contract. Members should belong to any professional institutions and/or trade bodies appropriate to the Services which the offer on the Website. Members should hold adequate professional indemnity or public liability insurance appropriate to the Services which they offer on the Website.

On joining iSurveyor.com you will be provided a User Name and Password which you must keep safe and secure. They are your responsibility and you are responsible for actions taken under their access.

The Website is a tool to introduce surveyors and property experts with clients needing advice and professional assistance on property matters. When the form is filled in with the property expert criteria you need as well as your own details, this information is then provided to property experts who fulfil that criteria within the iSurveyor.com directory. iSurveyor.com will not be involved in negotiating agreement terms between parties.

Members must only offer to carry out work (Services) for which they are sufficiently knowledgeable, experienced, competent and able to carry out, taking into account all relevant factors, including the type of work, the age and type of the property concerned, and its geographical location.

iSurveyor.com makes reasonable endeavours to make sure that the Clients and their enquiries are genuine, but iSurveyor.com is unable to guarantee that this will always be the case. The onus is on the service provider to make sure that the client enquiry is legitimate.

iSurveyor.com will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website remains available online as well providing Members Information is always available to Clients. 　However, iSurveyor.com cannot and do not guarantee a continuous, uninterrupted operation as this could be affected by many factors beyond our control as well as our need to maintain and further develop the Website.

Use the Website only for finding information on Property Experts in your area. DO NOT use the Website in any improper manner or for any fraudulent purpose.

You must ensure that you do not upload any computer viruses of any kind or enter in to any practice that would interfere with the normal operation of the Website or any other computer, or which could intercept, access, gather or export data from the Website.

You grant iSurveyor.com and its sub domains a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exercise the copyright, trade-mark, publicity, and database rights for the members information which you provide to us.

In joining iSurveyor.com you agree to pay the fees as advised to you at the time of joining for the skills you are advertising on this website. The fees will be totalled on a monthly basis and will be paid within 21 days of receiving the invoice. If indeed the fees are not paid within the allotted period, iSurveyor.com reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership, therefore your membership information would then be removed from the Website without notice. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any unpaid fees. The Current fees are a one off membership fee of £50, each lead cost is £2 per lead.

In the event that we have reason to believe that you may have breached this agreement, or we have reason to suspect that a breach of this agreement is intended, we may issue you with a warning or suspend your membership or terminate your membership.

This agreement may be revised at any time, without notice, by displaying the revised agreement on the Website. You will be informed by email of any revisions to this agreement.

This agreement may be terminated at any time, without notice, by either party.
